Aya Nomoto is an accomplished and dedicated Level 3 Wine and Sake Awards, Certified Educator with Wine & Spirits Education Trust, Advanced Sake Specialist with the Sake Education Council, Certified Specialist of Wine with the Society of Wine Educator, and Certified Beer Server for the Cicerone Program. She earned her Advanced Sommelier certification from the Court of Master Sommelier in 2016, and currently working for the Master Sommelier Diploma.
