Sheona works as a lecturer in the School of Culinary Arts, Dublin Institute of Technology in Ireland. Previously she has worked in the bakery sector, catering sector and wine industry working as baker, bakery technologist, product developer, culinary and wine educator. She also ran her own private catering business, servicing the private and corporate sector. Sheona is currently studying for a PhD in Culinary Arts with a specific focus on sustainability in the food industry.
