Sherry offers flavours for everyone. You don’t have to love a particular type of sherry to enjoy cocktails as the flavours are nicely balanced.
Muddle the strawberries together with the sugar and the juice of the half lemon.

Next add ice and pour over the rum and sherry, then give it a good stir.

Amontillado should be served at a temperature of between 12 and 14º C.

Serve it between 12° and 14° C in a white wine glass.
