Copita, awarded a Michelin Bib Gourmand in 2014, is a tapas bar featuring 20 sherries and over 30 wines by the glass. Our menu is constantly evolving with a particular focus on sourcing great ingredients, and our bar features a range of beers, top quality cava, San Sebastian style gin & tonic, and a host of other spirits including pacharan, Spanish liqueurs and a small selection of Spanish brandy.

Amontillado and mojama. Whenver we have mojama on the menu we 'tell' people they have to have it with Fernando de Castilla Amontillado.
