We are an independent retail shop and have also supplied wines and spirits to 5 star hotels, Michelin star restaurants, trendy eateries and specialist bars throughout London, since 1870. Our retail shop in the heart of Fitzrovia is open for all your sherry needs throughout the year (including International Sherry Week too!). We stock all types and ages of sherry from young Manzanilla and Fino to aged and rich VORS, plus pretty much everything else in between. Sherry Cocktail
Unfortunately not a Vegan friendly drink but you can't please everyone! Shaken in a Boston tin with Gonzalez Byass Apostles VORS 30 yr old Palo Cortado, freshly squeezed lemon juice, gomme syrup and one egg white. Serve in a flute with a Maraschino cherry. The height of sophistication with maximum refreshment. A classic cocktail.
