My journey in wine education has been marked by a long-term passion for imparting knowledge and a keen interest in the diverse world of wines, with a particular focus on Sherry wines. Beginning with my completion of the WSET Diploma and obtaining Certified Educator status in 2022, I sought to deepen my understanding through programs such as the Sherry Educator Ambassador Program. I currently work as a Freelance Educator in both Australia and France, where I split my time. I engage with professionals in trade and sommelier roles as well as wine enthusiasts through online workshops and in-person classes. Having also completed the Chef de Cuisine program at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, I understand the special relationship of food and wine pairing, and no region is as capable of such perfect matches with all types of food as the fabulous wines of Jerez. In essence, my journey is one of continuous learning, sharing knowledge, and contributing to the wine community with a particular emphasis on Sherry and diverse global perspectives.
