Kristian Kielmayer is a passionate wine communicator, educator, and sensory expert with a deep-rooted love for Spain and its wines. A holder of the WSET Diploma and a certified sommelier, Kristian also brings a winemaker’s perspective with a degree in economics, blending business insight with oenological expertise. His journey with Spanish wines began early in his career with a focus on Rioja, becoming a Rioja Wine Educator. Now, it is a privilege for him to also embrace the role of Sherry Educator, a natural next step in his lifelong admiration for the wines, the land, and the people of Spain. Known for his dynamic teaching style, Kristian is committed to sharing the rich heritage of Sherry with enthusiasts and professionals alike, aiming to convert even more people to the fascinating world of this unique wine. Through his travels to the region and continuous engagement with the Sherry community, Kristian combines knowledge with a genuine respect for the tradition, culture, and craftsmanship behind every bottle.
