In 2012, a strong passion for wine led me to abandon a promising career in engineering to start a wine business. A lot of education followed that decision, furthering my passion for this incredible subject. Today, I feel that my greatest goal is to broaden the wine culture in my home country. EXPERIENCE - Founder and Director of Operations at VinumDay, a Brazilian e-commerce and importing company, reference on wine curatorship; - Educator at Celebrare Wine School, licensed provider of the International Sommelier Guild, Wine & Spirit Education Trust and Wine Scholar Guild, headquartered in Brasília – DF, capital of Brazil; - Founder and Head of Education at Sommelier Profissional, an online wine school. QUALIFICATIONS - WSET Level 4 Diploma in Wines; - Sommelier Gradus by the International Sommelier Guild (ISG); - Professional Sommelier and International Wine Judge by Federazione Italiana Sommelier Albergatori Ristoratori (FISAR); - Certified Sherry Educator; - French Wine Scholar by the Wine Scholar Guild; - Italian Wine Scholar by the Wine Scholar Guild; - Spanish Wine Scholar by the Wine Scholar Guild; - Certified Educator by the International Sommelier Guild to teach the courses Intermediate Wine Certificate, Advanced Wine Certificate, and the Sommelier Diploma Program; - Approved Instructor by the Wine Scholar Guild to teach the Spanish, French, and Italian Wine Scholar programs, as well as the IWS Prep course;
