As the 5th generation of a family with a long tradition in winemaking in Italy, Valentina has been surrounded by wine since she was young. Her first steps into the world of wine was becoming Sommelier by AIS. But it was during her WSET Diploma studies that she discovered Sherry. With several trips in recent years to visit the bodegas of Jerez, her love for the Sherry-World and Andalusian lifestyle increased a lot. She loves Spain and speaks fluently Spanish. She is a Freelance Journalist writing about food & wine. She currently works in her family winery in Tuscany, Italy.
