I am a lifelong hospitality professional with over 25 years of experience. I'm currently the Head Sommelier at the 1-Michelin Star/Green Star restaurant The Wolf's Tailor, in Denver, Colorado. I also serve as Director of Wine Education for the entire restaurant group, Id Est Hospitality. In 2019, I passed the Advanced Sommelier Exam through The Court of Masters, and I am still in pursuit of my Master Sommelier Diploma. More recently, I've started Wine Byers, an online community on the Patreon platform, as an outlet for wine writing and study.
