Robust and strongly flavoured sherries are an interesting accompaniment for traditional Asian food as both sherry and food can hold their own, creating a memorable eating experience.
Cut the watermelon into bite-sized chunks, discarding the peel and any obvious seeds.
Cut the feta into chunks of a similar size to the watermelon and place in a bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and stir well to coat.
Thread the watermelon and feta chunks on to medium size skewers and serve.
Manzanilla combines perfectly with fish and seafood, as well as with salted fish and cured meats.
Thanks to its low acidity, it is, together with Fino, the perfect choice to accompany salads, cold soups and dressings.
Use an ice bucket with both ice and water to serve chilled between 6 & 8º C.
