Moscatel adds a nutty sweetness to this elegant cocktail. Enjoy it as an aperitif, served with a meal, or as a digestif.

Measure ingredients and pour into a mixing glass. Add ice to fill the mixing glass. With a long bar spoon, stir until a frost builds on the outside of the mixing glass. Should stir for about 30 seconds. Strain the cocktail into a chilled coupe glass. Cut a nice sized long orange peel and squeeze orange oils on top of drink. Place orange peel into the cocktail.
Moscatel makes the ideal combination for pastries and desserts which are not excessively sweet, based on fruit and ice-cream.
Serve slightly chilled between 12 & 14° C in a white wine glass.
Pairs perfectly with fruit and ice-creams.
The structure of the wine allows conservation of the bottle for a few months.
