Under the instruction to 'Drink more Sherry Manchester!' Hanging Ditch arranged to supply a range of their amazing Sherries to several top bars around the city.
For the whole week Sherry flights were available at Common and Kosmonaut, in the City's upbeat Northern Quarter, billed as the Classiest Pub Crawl Ever!
Whilst after two amazing sell out 'Sherry & Sushi' masterclass events in the summer they also joined forces with Japanese restaurant Umezushi to offer a one-off Chef's tasting menu on the Saturday evening to showcase how dry styles of Sherry combine with fine Japanese food to create an exceptional culinary experience full of complex flavour and rich umami goodness!
The Grand Finale was the cumination of a week's efforts in The Sherry Sunday Club, a drop in session back at Hanging Ditch with a vast array of sherries to sample. A fitting end to a highly succesful week.
