Needless to say The Nut Tree are nuts about sherry and created a special pairing for International Sherry Week which was available to all customers throughout the week both on their tasting menu and a la carte.
The specially home smoked Pavé of salmon with whipped horseradish cream & Avruga caviar was paired with Fino Una Palma by Gonzalez Byass.
Customers were also able to select Sherry from the Wine list and request a pairing from the Menu, such as Palo Cortado Leonor and Venison terrine.

The recipe can be made a lot simpler of course by buying good quality salmon and also pickled cucumbers. But if you can go the extra mile we're sure you'll find its worth it!
