The Big Smoke
Highlights include a Menu Gourmand with matching sherry pairings at Galvin La Chapelle, with sherry tastings and tapas menus at Brindisa, Copita, Pizarro and Camino to name but a few of London's popular Sherry Bars.
Northern Powerhouse
Yorkshire based Ambiente Tapas and Friends of Ham are hosting a range of events from ham carving to sherry suppers, whilst Manchester has a fabulous Sushi Dinner and Sherry Sunday club courtesy of Hanging Doitch wine merchants. Reserve Wines are offering tastings and pairings in Glazebury and at Altrincham market house, that recently won the prestigious accolade of UK's Best Market in the Observer Food Awards.
The Four Nations
Scotland has events both in Glasgow and Edinburgh, whilst Wales have the chance to try their hand at being a Venenciador at Bar 44 and to sample sherries in the surroundings of Ceredigion Musuem in Aberystwyth with Ultracomida. Northern Ireland completes the quartet with an introduction to sherry tasting.
