You walk into a bar and order a “sherry.” What are you going to get? Perhaps something crisp and light, or nutty with more body, or even lusciously sweet. Sherry can be many things, all delicious but oh so different. Demystify the many styles of sherry and learn how they are made through the complex solera system during this fun and interactive workshop taught by Official Sherry Educator (a recognition awarded by the Consejo Regulador of the Sherry region) and Pix owner, Cheryl Wakerhauser.
Includes a tasting of ten sherries and light tapas for food pairing comparisons. Sunday, November 10 2PM to 4PM $125 per person (limit 12 and 21+)
