In celebration of International Sherry Week, we’re diving into the world of the world-famous fortified wine and, as is right and proper, how it pairs with and works with the wonder of whisky. We will be joined by Diego Borrás – sherryhound on Instagram, finder of casks, and uniter of the wonderful worlds of whisky and sherry – who’s coming over from Madrid to give us his insights. We’ll be tasting some whiskies, tasting some sherries and talking about how the two really work together. Prepare to have some of the romance of sherry-cask whisky stripped away, replaced by lots of tasty drinks.
