After studying Biotechnology at the University of Zagreb, Croatia, Srđan Lisac continued with his graduate studies. With PhD degree he wrapped up his scientific career and started playing with food technology and food quality schemes. Sensory testing was next game and he is actively involved in sensory panels for different food product competitions. He obtained DipWSET and Weinakademiker titles at Weinakademie Osterreich. Besides wine, his interests are beer, prosciutto and olive oil, just to name few. Passionate about education, Srđan shares his knowledge at the Center for Food Culture in Zagreb, where he is educator for WSET and The Beer & Cider Academy qualifications, by bringing international top programs to his country and region. He continues to play with combining food and beverages, matching them and exploring their joint fantasy.
