Seana Yee has over 20 years experience studying language and culture in Andalucía. She holds a BA in Spanish, but her passion extended in studying both flamenco and wine. In 2013, Seana returned to Jerez to study bulerias in Barrio San Miguel. That’s when she discovered sherry. Ever since, she’s been writing her experiences and connections made in her blog Sherry Sips. Coined by others as the Sherry Missionary, she desired to educate the masses and convert them to be sherry lovers. Apart from sherry, Seana continues her wine education courses through the WSET and works for ENSO Winery an urban winery in the heart of Portland Oregon. Her involvement in this artisanal winery ranges from working harvest and production to maintaining all communication and event planning.
