Sherry week / Brazil / Rio de Janeiro
The Associação Brasileira de Sommeliers - Rio de Janeiro (ABS-Rio) will once again participate in the International Sherry Week. We will present a Masterclass together with tasting of four different styles of Sherry. The Masterclass will present the region where Sherry is produced, the Denominations of Origin, the winemaking process and aging in Solera, the styles of Sherry and its insertion in the world's wine trade. In addition, we will present and taste three styles of cocktails made with Sherry. Each style of Sherry and cocktail will be served with a “Tapa” and Sherry and Sherry cocktails food pairing will be discussed.
