Wines to start a Sherry Revolution! New wave Sherry specialist, Diatomists was founded by three friends - Antonio Antonio Morenés (7th Generation Jerezano!) and his friends George from Oxford, and Tommy from Barcelona.
They all share a passion for wine produced in Andalucía and have over 20 years combined experience in the wine trade, the Diatomists trio explore every corner of this southernmost point of Spain in search of winemakers committed to excellence.
We want you to discover the wines of Andalucia! From Palomino to Pedro Ximenez, we've got a fun and informative evening of food and wine lined up for you.

This is a great opportunity to sample a range of styles of Sherry, including dry and sweet, crisp, saline and rich. The evening promises to be an intoxicating delight to the senses! We will taste 6 wines with Antonio and there will be plentry of delicious, authentic tapas to go around. Savoury and sweet tapas treats catered by Elena of Pimento Spanish Food in Harpenden.
