Can Bar is known for its wide selection of conservas and is matching them with the prefect sherry for Sherry Week. Conservas are top-of-the-line preserved and usually canned seafood. Don’t think cheap, supermarket “chicken of the sea”. DO think specialty cuts of tuna, European razor clams, anchovies that will blow your mind, trout that will melt-in-your-mouth, mussels in spicy sauce…it’s enough to make you thirsty! Sherry can (pun intended) fix that. Can Bar will be curating six different sherry + conserva boards for offer during Sherry Week, as well as a dozen sherries available by the glass (in case you’re still thirsty.)
