What happens when Sherry meets Coffee in Shanghai?
Moni’s Sherry World, together with the famous coffee shop O.P.S. Shanghai, will present an eye-opening event for those seeking a unique experience.
Young and promising barista Xiying Tan, head of R&D at O.P.S. Shanghai, will showcase the diversity of coffee, using different beans, processing, brewing, and serving techniques. This will create the perfect match for 5 sherry wines, ranging from Moscatel Orange wine, Manzanilla, Amontillado, and Medium, to Sherry Brandy.
At the same time, five creative Sherry-Coffee cocktails will highlight and stimulate the personalities of both Sherry and Coffee, revealing a brand-new world with a touch of Asian soul. Fino gelato and Manzanilla sorbet will accompany the event as two short breaks.
