This November, join us at CORD by Le Cordon Bleu in London as we celebrate Sherry Week with a unique culinary experience. Our Head Sommelier Jiachen Lu and Executive Chef Karl O’Dell have both won the prestigious Copa Jerez International Final in different years, and now, for the first time, they are working together to bring their expertise in pairing exceptional dishes with Sherry.
